Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hrs in advance, all cancellations are subject to a 20% booking fee. Cancellations made within 24 hrs of your appointment will result in a 50% booking fee being charged to your card. No call, no shows will result in a full service charge. I understand life happens and things come up, so please cancel 48 hrs in advance to avoid being charged for a full service charge to your card.
